HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing, and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing, and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters, and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care, and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring an Operations Manager to oversee Manufacturing Plant Operations, Production Planning, Dispatch Coordination, and B2B Client Servicing. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Operations Management, Manufacturing Processes, and Client Handling in Cosmetics & Pharma Manufacturing.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Oversee Manufacturing Operations, Production Planning, and Dispatch Coordination
• Manage Client Servicing, Client Coordination, and Customer Support
• Ensure timely Order Processing, Order Management, and Inventory Tracking
• Supervise Factory Teams, Stores, Packaging Teams, and Dispatch Teams
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management, and Back Office Records
• Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and ensure proper Client Documentation
• Monitor Telecalling, Customer Care, and Client Escalation Handling
• Implement Operations Best Practices and ensure smooth B2B Manufacturing Operations

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate / Post-Graduate – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc
• Experienced candidates with background in Manufacturing Operations, Plant Management, Client Servicing, Order Processing, or B2B Operations
• Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
• Strong English Communication, Leadership Skills, Team Coordination, Problem-Solving Ability, and Operations Management Expertise
