HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing, and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing, and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters, and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care, and Oral Care categories.

We are looking for an Operations Intern to assist in Manufacturing Operations, Client Coordination, and Dispatch & Production Support. This role is ideal for freshers, students, and candidates seeking hands-on experience in B2B Manufacturing Operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist in Manufacturing Operations, Production Planning, and Dispatch Coordination
• Support Order Processing, Order Management, and Inventory Tracking
• Help in Client Coordination, Client Servicing, and Customer Support
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management, and Back Office Records
• Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and assist in Client Documentation
• Coordinate with Factory Teams, Stores, Packaging Teams, and Dispatch Teams
• Assist in Telecalling, Customer Care, and Client Escalation Handling
• Learn Operations & B2B Manufacturing Best Practices

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate / Post-Graduate – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc
• Freshers, interns, or students with interest in Manufacturing Operations, Client Coordination, B2B Operations, and Back Office Support can apply
• Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
• Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving Ability, and Client Servicing Skills
