HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing, and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing, and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters, and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care, and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring an Operations Executive to manage Manufacturing Operations, Dispatch Coordination, and B2B Client Servicing for multiple Accounts. This role is ideal for candidates interested in Operations Management, Order Processing, and Client Coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Coordinate Manufacturing Operations, Production Planning, and Dispatch Coordination
• Handle Client Servicing, Client Coordination, Customer Support, and Client Follow-up
• Support Order Processing, Order Management, and Inventory Tracking
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management, and Back Office Records
• Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and assist in Client Documentation
• Coordinate with Factory Teams, Stores, Packaging Teams, and Dispatch Teams
• Assist in Telecalling, Customer Care, and Client Escalation Handling
• Ensure smooth B2B Client Coordination, Operations Support, and Dispatch Management

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate / Post-Graduate – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc
• Freshers and candidates with experience in Manufacturing Operations, Dispatch Coordination, Client Servicing, Order Processing, or Back Office Operations can apply
• Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
• Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving Ability, and Operations Management Skills
