HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing, and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing, and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters, and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care, and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring an MIS Executive to manage Manufacturing Data, Client Reporting, and B2B Operations for multiple Manufacturing Accounts. This role is ideal for candidates interested in Data Management, Client Servicing, and Back Office Operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Maintain MIS for Manufacturing Operations, Order Processing, and Client Accounts
• Prepare Client Reports, B2B Reports, and Operational Dashboards
• Support Order Management, Production Planning, and Dispatch Coordination
• Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and assist in Client Documentation
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Factory Teams, Stores, and Dispatch Teams
• Assist in Telecalling, Customer Care, and Client Follow-up
• Maintain Data Management for B2B Client Coordination, Back Office, and Operations Support

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate / Post-Graduate – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc
• Freshers and candidates with experience in MIS, Data Management, Client Reporting, Back Office Operations, Order Processing, or Operations Support can apply
• Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
• Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving Ability, and Data Reporting Skills
