HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing, and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing, and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters, and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care, and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring a Merchant Account Executive to manage B2B Platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other merchant portals for multiple Manufacturing Accounts. This role is ideal for candidates interested in Client Servicing, Order Processing, and B2B Operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage Merchant Accounts on B2B Platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia) for Manufacturing Clients
• Handle Client Servicing, Client Coordination, Customer Support, and Client Follow-up
• Support Order Processing, Order Management, Production Planning, and Dispatch Coordination
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management, and Back Office Records
• Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and assist in Client Documentation
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Factory Teams, Stores, and Dispatch Teams
• Assist in Telecalling, Customer Care, and Client Escalation Handling
• Ensure smooth B2B Client Coordination and Merchant Account Management

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate / Post-Graduate – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc
• Freshers and candidates with experience in Merchant Account Management, B2B Platforms, Client Servicing, Order Processing, or Back Office Operations can apply
• Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
• Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving Ability, and B2B Platform Management Skills
