HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing, and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing, and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters, and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care, and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring MBA Freshers to assist in Client Servicing, Operations Management, and B2B Coordination for multiple Manufacturing Accounts. This role is ideal for candidates seeking hands-on experience in Manufacturing Operations, Order Processing, and Client Handling.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle Client Servicing and B2B Client Coordination for Manufacturing Accounts
• Assist in Operations Management, Production Planning, and Dispatch Coordination
• Support Order Processing, Order Management, and Inventory Tracking
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management, and Back Office Records
• Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and assist in Client Documentation
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Factory Teams, Stores, and Dispatch Teams
• Assist in Telecalling, Customer Care, and Client Escalation Handling
• Learn and implement Operations & Client Servicing Best Practices in a B2B Manufacturing Environment

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Post-Graduate – MBA, BBA, or Graduate – BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MCom, MSc
• Freshers or recent MBA graduates with interest in Client Servicing, Operations Management, Manufacturing Operations, B2B Coordination, and Back Office Operations can apply
• Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
• Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving Ability, and Client Management Skills
