HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring a Data Management Executive to manage Factory Operations Data, MIS, and Back Office Records for multiple Manufacturing Accounts. This role is ideal for candidates interested in B2B Client Coordination, Operations Support, and Manufacturing Data Management.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate Factory Operations Data, Production Records, and Back Office MIS
• Track Order Processing, Production Planning, Dispatch Coordination, and Inventory Records
• Monitor Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and ensure proper Documentation
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Factory Teams, Stores, and Dispatch Teams
• Generate and maintain Reports, Excel Sheets, Data Management, and Back Office Records
• Assist in Client Coordination, Telecalling, Customer Care, and Client Escalation Handling
• Support B2B Client Servicing and ensure smooth Operations Support

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate / Post-Graduate – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc
• Freshers and candidates with experience in Data Management, Factory Operations, Back Office Operations, Order Processing, Telecalling Executive or Client Servicing can apply
• Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
• Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving Ability and Data Accuracy Orientation
