HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to lead Customer Success, Client Servicing, Client Relationship Management and B2B Coordination for multiple Contract Manufacturing Accounts in Cosmetics and Pharma. This role is ideal for candidates with strong leadership skills, client handling expertise, and experience in B2B Manufacturing Operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage and lead multiple Contract Manufacturing Client Accounts for Cosmetics & Pharma
• Oversee Customer Success, Client Handling, Client Servicing, and Client Escalation Management
• Plan and monitor Order Processing, Order Management, Production Planning, and Dispatch Coordination
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Factory Teams, Production Teams, Stores and Dispatch Teams
• Supervise Customer Success Executives, Client Account Executives, Operations Executives, Back Office Team and Interns
• Ensure timely sharing of Invoices, Challans, Dispatch Details, Receipts, and Client Documentation
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management, and Back Office Records
• Analyze Client Feedback, resolve issues, drive Client Retention, and ensure high Customer Satisfaction
• Develop strategies for B2B Client Growth and maintain awareness of Market Trends

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate / Post-Graduate – MBA, BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, MCom, MSc, BCA
• 4–8 years experience in Customer Success Management, Client Servicing, Client Relationship Management, B2B Coordination, or Account Management
• Experience in Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing, B2B Manufacturing Operations, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
• Strong Leadership Skills, Team Management, English Communication, Coordination Skills, Problem-Solving Ability, and Market Awareness
