HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring a Customer Relationship Officer to manage B2B Client Servicing, Client Handling, and Customer Support for multiple Manufacturing Accounts. This role is ideal for candidates interested in Client Coordination, Order Processing, and Back Office Operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle B2B Client Servicing and ensure strong Customer Relationship Management
• Manage Client Handling, Client Follow-up, Client Servicing, and Customer Queries
• Support Order Processing, Order Management, Production Planning, and Dispatch Coordination
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Factory Teams, Stores and Dispatch Teams
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management, and Back Office Records
• Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and assist in Client Documentation
• Support Telecalling, Customer Care, and Client Escalation Handling
• Ensure smooth B2B Client Coordination and Operations Support

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate / Post-Graduate – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc
• Freshers and candidates with experience in Customer Relationship Management, Client Servicing, Client Coordination, Back Office Operations, Telecalling Executive, or Operations Support Executive can apply
• Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
• Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving Ability and Customer Orientation
