HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care and Oral Care categories.

We are looking for Customer Operations Interns who want hands-on exposure in Client Handling, Customer Support, Order Processing, B2B Client Coordination, and Back Office Operations. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates and students seeking experience in Manufacturing Operations and Client Servicing.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Support Customer Operations and Client Handling for assigned Manufacturing Accounts
• Assist in Customer Support, Client Servicing and Client Follow-up
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management and Back Office Records
• Assist in Order Processing, Order Management, Production Planning and Dispatch Coordination
• Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and ensure proper Documentation
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Factory Teams, Stores and Dispatch Teams
• Assist in Telecalling, Customer Care and Client Escalation Handling

Eligibility & Internship Profile
• Students or fresh graduates – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA (Pursuing), MCom, MSc
• Freshers and Interns can apply
• Basic knowledge of Excel, MIS and Documentation preferred
• Strong English Communication, Teamwork, Coordination Skills and interest in Client Servicing, Customer Operations and Market Trends
• Exposure to Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
