HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring a Cosmetics Industry Executive to assist in Manufacturing Operations, Client Servicing and B2B Coordination for multiple Cosmetics Manufacturing Accounts. This role is ideal for candidates interested in Client Handling, Back Office Operations and Order Processing.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Support Manufacturing Operations for multiple Cosmetics Industry Accounts
• Assist in Client Handling, Client Servicing, Customer Support and Client Follow-up
• Coordinate Order Processing, Order Management, Production Planning, Dispatch Coordination and Factory Operations
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management and Back Office Records
• Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and ensure proper Documentation
• Share Invoices, Challans, Dispatch Details and Receipts with clients
• Assist in Telecalling, Customer Care and Client Escalation Handling
• Support B2B Client Coordination and smooth Operations Support

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate / Post-Graduate – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc
• Freshers and candidates with experience in Cosmetics Manufacturing Operations, Client Servicing, Order Processing, Back Office Operations, Telecalling Executive or Customer Support can apply
• Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
• Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving Ability and Client Handling Expertise
