HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring Client Follow-up Executives to manage Client Handling, Order Processing and B2B Client Coordination for multiple Manufacturing Accounts. This role is ideal for candidates interested in Client Servicing, Back Office Operations and Manufacturing Operations Support.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle Client Follow-up for assigned Manufacturing Orders
• Support Client Handling, Customer Support and Client Servicing
• Assist in Order Processing, Order Management, Production Planning and Dispatch Coordination
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management and Back Office Records
• Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials and ensure proper Documentation
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Factory Operations, Production Teams, Stores and Dispatch Teams
• Share Invoice, Challan, Dispatch Details and Receipts with clients
• Assist in Telecalling, Customer Care and Client Escalation Handling

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate / Post-Graduate – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc
• Freshers and candidates with experience in Client Follow-up, Order Processing, Client Servicing, Back Office Operations, Telecalling Executive or Operations Support Executive can apply
• Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
• Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, and Problem-Solving Ability
