HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, startups, exporters and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care and Oral Care categories.

We are looking for Client Coordination Interns who want hands-on exposure in Client Handling, B2B Coordination, Back Office Operations, Order Processing and Manufacturing Operations Support. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates and students seeking experience in B2B Manufacturing and Client Servicing.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Support Client Coordination and Client Handling for assigned Manufacturing Accounts
• Assist in Client Follow-up, Customer Support and Client Servicing
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management and Back Office Records
• Help in Order Processing, Order Management and Client Documentation
• Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials and assist in Dispatch Coordination
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Factory Operations, Production Teams, Stores and Dispatch Teams
• Assist in Telecalling, Customer Care and Client Escalation Handling

Eligibility & Internship Profile
• Students or fresh graduates – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA (Pursuing), MCom, MSc
• Freshers and Interns can apply
• Basic knowledge of Excel, MIS and Documentation preferred
• Good English Communication, Teamwork, Coordination Skills and interest in Client Servicing, Manufacturing Operations and Market Trends
• Exposure to Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
