HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring a Business Development Support Executive to assist in Client Servicing, B2B Business Development, Order Processing and Operations Coordination. This role is ideal for candidates who are dynamic, young and results-oriented and want exposure to manufacturing operations, client handling and market trends.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Support Business Development initiatives for Manufacturing Industry clients
• Assist in Client Handling, Client Coordination, Customer Support and Client Follow-up
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Factory Operations, Production Coordination, Dispatch Coordination and Supply Chain Team
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management and Back Office Records
• Support Order Processing, Order Management and Client Documentation
• Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials and ensure proper Record Keeping for Brands
• Assist in Telecalling, Customer Care and Client Servicing activities
• Help identify new B2B opportunities, market trends and brand growth support

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate / Post-Graduate – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc
• Freshers and candidates with experience in Business Development Support, Client Servicing, Back Office Operations, Telecalling, Customer Support or Operations Coordination can apply
• Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
• Strong English Communication, Teamwork, Coordination Skills, Problem-Solving and interest in Market Trends
