HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing and Pharma Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Third Party Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring an experienced Brand Account Manager to lead Brand Account Management, Client Servicing and Customer Relationship Management for multiple Cosmetics & Pharma Manufacturing brands. This role requires strong Leadership Skills, Client Handling expertise and hands-on understanding of Manufacturing Operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage multiple Brand Accounts for Third Party Manufacturing and Contract Manufacturing projects
• Act as the primary escalation point for Client Handling, Client Servicing and Customer Relationship Management
• Plan and monitor Production Planning, Production Coordination and Dispatch Planning
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Factory Operations, Supply Chain Coordination and Operations Teams
• Lead, guide and manage Brand Account Executives, Client Account Executives, Operations Executives and Interns
• Ensure smooth Order Processing, Order Management and timely Dispatch Coordination
• Oversee Packaging Material Management, Client-owned Materials, Documentation, Invoice and Challan processes
• Review MIS, Excel Reports, Data Management and overall brand performance
• Handle Client Escalation, Issue Resolution and long-term Brand Relationship Management

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate / Post-Graduate – MBA, BBA, BCom, MCom, BSc, MSc, BA
• 4–8 years experience in Brand Account Management, Client Servicing, Key Account Management or Operations Management
• Experience in Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Manufacturing or Export Import Operations preferred
• Candidates with background in Client Services, Customer Care, Call Center Operations, Telecalling Management, IndiaMART, TradeIndia or Merchant Handling will be an added advantage
• Strong Leadership Quality, Team Management, Communication Skills, Problem Solving Ability and awareness of Market Trends
