We are looking for a proactive and confident Sales Coordinator Executive to support our sales team, manage client communication, handle inbound/outbound calls, and maintain smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong calling experience, excellent client communication skills, and a friendly, talkative, people-oriented nature.

This role requires someone who can comfortably speak with customers, follow up on leads, coordinate with internal teams, and support daily sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in a professional and friendly manner.
Support the sales team with sales coordination, appointment scheduling, and lead management.
Maintain client communication through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Prepare and manage sales orders, quotations, and documentation.
Update customer information, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal departments (operations, dispatch, accounts) to ensure smooth order flow.
Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS, and daily performance updates.
Provide customer service support by resolving queries and ensuring timely responses.
Track leads, follow up on pending enquiries, and support inside sales activities.
Build positive relationships with clients through clear, polite, and confident communication.

Skills Required
Call center experience or prior experience in calling-based roles.
Strong calling experience — must be comfortable speaking with clients.
Ability to freely talk with customers, initiate conversations, and build rapport.
Friendly, talkative, and approachable nature.
Excellent communication skills (verbal + written).
Good understanding of sales coordination and customer handling.
Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and sales reporting.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills
Experience in inside sales / tele-sales / customer service.
Knowledge of order processing and sales administration.
Ability to handle customer objections and provide solutions.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the sales field.

Qualifications
Any graduate or relevant diploma.
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, call center, customer service, or telecalling.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Naturally good at conversation and building customer relationships.
Self-motivated and disciplined.
Team player with a positive mindset.
