HCP Wellness is hiring a Key Account Executive (Cosmetics & Skincare) to manage and nurture high-value clients while ensuring smooth coordination with our Product Development Officers, Product Development Coordinators, Formulation Development Coordinators, R&D Chemists & NPD Division.
This role involves daily account communication, issue resolution, update tracking, product development follow-up, sample coordination, CRM updation, production tracking, packaging updates, and ensuring every assigned account receives complete support for building skincare, cosmetics, oral care, haircare & personal care products with us.
You will act as the single point of contact for all assigned clients and ensure that every project moves smoothly from development to production to dispatch.
Product Categories You Will Manage for Key Accounts
Skincare: Face washes, face creams, serums, gels, face masks, sunscreen, scrubs, toners.
Haircare: Shampoos, conditioners, hair serums, oils, masks, hair spa.
Body & Personal Care: Body lotions, washes, deodorants, soaps, hygiene products.
Oral Care: Gel toothpaste, herbal toothpaste, whitening formulas, mouthwash.
Cosmetics & Lip Care: Lip balms, lip care, compact powders, gels.
Hygiene & Home Care: Hand washes, sanitizers, cleaners.
You will give clients complete product information, formulation details, packaging guidance, MOQ, pricing, artwork clarity, and production updates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary contact for all assigned key accounts
* Maintain daily / regular communication with each account
* Track all ongoing work between client ↔ R&D ↔ NPD ↔ production ↔ QC ↔ dispatch
* Take detailed updates on:
– sample status
– formulation changes
– packaging approvals
– artwork status
– production progress
– raw material status
– dispatch timelines
* Identify all issues early and coordinate quick resolutions
* Ensure smooth operations for every key account without delays
* Work closely with Product Development Coordinators & Formulation Development Team
* Support clients with product knowledge, formulation queries & technical information
* Prepare and share NPD trackers, CRM reports, timelines & development updates
* Coordinate for sample dispatch, modifications & approvals
* Communicate all required details to internal teams clearly
* Build strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust & clarity
* Track competitors, trending ingredients & product development opportunities
* Assist sales team in upselling or adding more SKUs for each key account
* Ensure timely completion of all tasks and maintain 100% accuracy
* Present weekly performance summaries to management
* Support export clients, international buyers & new SKU development
* Ensure no communication gap exists between client and factory teams
* Maintain complete professionalism and relationship management excellence
Skills Required
* Strong skills in account handling, key account management & client servicing
* Knowledge of cosmetic formulations, skincare ingredients & product development
* Understanding of formulation development coordination & NPD processes
* Excellent daily follow-up, tracking & communication discipline
* Good knowledge of Excel, CRM & project tracking tools
* Problem-solving mindset for smooth coordination across departments
* Ability to handle multiple projects for multiple key accounts
* Friendly, confident & client-focused communication skills
* Strong reporting skills for management updates

You will collaborate closely with Product Development Officers, NPD Coordinators, Formulation Development Coordinators, R&D Chemists, QC, QA & Production Teams, ensuring the client’s project runs flawlessly from concept → sample → approval → production → dispatch.
