We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM Executive) who can handle complete customer relationship management, client communication, client coordination, customer support, CRM updates, and after-sales service.
The role includes managing existing clients, solving customer queries, giving accurate product information, sharing product details, and supporting sales, marketing & production teams to ensure smooth client experience. Candidates with experience in client handling, customer success, client service, call center, BPO, telecalling, client support, CRM handling will be preferred.
As a part of HCP Wellness, you will handle customer queries related to our complete manufacturing portfolio of:
Skincare Products: Face wash, face cream, face serums, face gel, face masks, sunscreen, face toner, face scrubs, sheet masks.
Haircare Products: Shampoo, conditioner, hair serum, hair oil, hair spa creams, styling solutions.
Body & Personal Care: Body lotion, body wash, soaps, deodorants, intimate wash, hygiene products.
Oral Care Range: Toothpaste, mouthwash, herbal toothpaste, gel toothpaste.
Cosmetics & Makeup Basics: Lip balm, lip care, compact powder, gels.
You will help clients understand product specifications, packaging options, fragrance options, formulations, MOQ, pricing, dispatch timelines, and give complete clarity at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships with new & existing clients
* Handle complete client communication through calls, WhatsApp, SMS & email
* Maintain and update CRM records, follow-up logs, and client feedback
* Provide accurate product information, ingredients, benefits & usage details
* Explain MOQ, private label process, contract manufacturing, packaging options
* Coordinate with R&D, production & dispatch for order status updates
* Respond to customer queries, complaints & escalations in a friendly manner
* Support the sales team with lead follow-up, customer nurturing & conversions
* Ensure timely responses and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
* Understand customer requirements & suggest suitable product solutions
* Share brochures, pricing, samples, formulation details & packaging options
* Act as a bridge between the client & internal teams for smooth operations
* Monitor and track customer behaviour to improve relationship strategy
* Build long-term trust by ensuring fast communication & problem resolution
* Handle inbound/outbound calls like a Customer Support Manager / BPO Executive
* Ensure every client receives complete clarity on product details & timelines
Skills Required
* Strong customer relationship management and client handling skills
* Excellent communication with calling experience (BPO/Call Center preferred)
* Confident, friendly & ability to freely talk with clients
* Good command over client communication & coordination
* Ability to explain detailed product info clearly and confidently
* Good CRM software knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, follow-up systems)
* Multitasking ability with a customer-first mindset
* Quick decision-making & problem-solving approach
