Job Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Fragrance & Flavor Development Specialist to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and developing fragrances and flavors for skincare, cosmetic, and oral care formulations, ensuring alignment with product briefs, brand positioning, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
✔Develop and customize fragrance and flavor profiles for skincare, cosmetic, and oral care products.
✔Collaborate with formulators, marketing teams, and suppliers to create signature scents and flavors that align with product concepts.
✔Conduct sensory evaluations and maintain fragrance/flavor stability in different formulations.
✔Research global trends, raw materials, and technologies in fragrance and flavor development.
✔Ensure compliance with IFRA, ISO standards, and relevant cosmetic regulatory guidelines.
✔Manage sample creation, evaluation, and feedback integration during product development.
✔Work closely with quality control to ensure fragrance/flavor consistency in production.
✔Maintain accurate documentation, formulation records, and technical specifications.

Hard Skills (Technical Skills)
✔Strong knowledge of aroma chemicals, essential oils, natural extracts, and flavor compounds.
✔Understanding of cosmetic chemistry, formulation compatibility, and stability testing.
✔Proficiency in sensory evaluation methods for fragrance and flavor profiles.
✔Familiarity with IFRA, ISO, BIS, and other cosmetic industry regulations.
✔Basic analytical skills for GC-MS and other fragrance evaluation tools (preferred).

✔Certification in Perfumery/Flavor Technology from a recognized institution (preferred).

Preferred Experience
✔3–7 years of experience in fragrance and/or flavor development within cosmetics, skincare, or oral care industry.
✔Experience working with international fragrance houses or in-house R&D departments.
